You will also visit Bwindi Impenetrable forest, a home to over half of the remaining world,s population of the rare mountain Gorillas.
In this Itinerary, you will track the chimpanzees and other primates in Kibale forest National park and thereafter proceed for Gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National park.

Itinerary
Day 01
Day 01: Arrival and transfer You will be met by our safari guide at Entebbe International airport who will thereafter transfer you to Boma hotel/ Airport Guest house for an overnight on Bed and Breakfast basis
Day 02
Kibale
Day 02: Kampala to Kibale forest national park After your breakfast, start your panoramic ride south west of Kampala to Kibale Forest National park, passing through beautiful scenery and the tea estates as you approach Fort portal town. You will have a stop over for lunch at Fort portal and then proceed to Ndali lodge/ Kibale forest camp for your dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 03
Kibale
Day 03: Chimpanzee tracking at Kibale forest national park. After your breakfast, proceed for a briefing by the guides and rangers on how to conduct your self during the Gorilla tracking experience. You will then be led by your guide into Kibale Forest for your chimpanzee tracking experience. During your chimpanzee tracking experience, you may also encounter other different primate species such as the black and white colobus monkeys, red colobus monkeys as well different bird species that may also be encountered during the chimpanzee tracking experience. After tracking the chimpanzees, you will proceed to Tinka's homestead for an African lunch cuisine and thereafter proceed for a swamp walk at Bigodi wetland sanctuary. During the swamp walk, you will encounter different bird species including the rare shoebill stork that may be encountered as well as some primate species such as the black and while colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys and the red colobus monkeys. Return to Ndali lodge/ Kibale forest camp for your dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 04
Bwindi Impenetrable
Day 04: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for Gorilla tracking Experience. This day you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National park. This park is located in the south western part of the country and is a home to over half of the remaining population of the rare mountain Gorillas. You will pass via the beautiful scenery of the Kigezi hills commonly referred to as the 'Switzerland of Africa" because of its beautiful scenery, land scape and terraces. Check in later in the evening at Clouds lodge/ Haven Lodge/ Buhoma community rest camp
Day 05
Bwindi Impenetrable
Day 05: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest After your breakfast and well equipped with your packed lunch, proceed to the park head quarters for a briefing and orientation on how to conduct your self before and after the Gorilla tracking experience. You will be then be separated in to groups depending on the gorilla tracking group you have been allocated. The guide will lead you through the forest for your Gorilla tracking experience. After the Gorilla tracking experience, depending on time, you may also have a community tour of the local Batwa communities who inhabit the forests for a cultural experience. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at Clouds lodge/ Haven lodge/ Buhoma community rest camp
Day 07
Day 07: Bwindi to Kampala and transfer Start your day with an early morning breakfast and thereafter prepare for a transfer back to Kampala. You will have a stopover at the Equator for photographs and lunch, and then proceed to Kampala.
