Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You'll begin your safari by driving from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. You'll enjoy a game drive in the park, spotting diverse wildlife, before heading to Eileen's Inn in Karatu for your overnight stay.

Karatu to Northern Serengeti

After an early breakfast, depart for the Serengeti National Park, heading towards the northern region (Kogatende area), where the Great Migration is usually found between July and October. Enjoy an en-route game drive through the park, witnessing changing landscapes and abundant wildlife. Arrive in the northern Serengeti in the late afternoon and continue with wildlife viewing near the Mara River area. After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day. Enjoy a half-day game drive on the crater floor, with opportunities to spot black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffalo, and flamingos around the soda lake. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch.
