West Kilimanjaro
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport (preferably with an early morning flight or afternoon flight). Meet & greet and drive to West Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive in the conservancy. A private concession bordering Kenya at Amboseli National Park. It offers spectacular landscapes with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru, and the Amboseli plains. Excellent game viewing and cultural interaction with the Maasai. A unique nature and cultural experience. Dinner and overnight at Kambi ya Tembo.

After breakfast, set out for a game viewing drive. The conservancy offers incomparable scenery with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru and the Ol Doinyo Longido and Ol Doinyo Orok peaks. It is one of the only places in Africa where one can observe large bull elephants more than 50 years old with enormous tusks. Afternoon guided visits to Maasai Village. The Maasai in Sinya, continue to live traditionally, dressed in their colorful blankets and celebrating their traditional ceremonies.

Breakfast at the camp. Drive to Arusha National Park for a guided walking. Thereafter you will continue with game viewing drive in the park. The park has an incredible variety of fauna and flora, which cannot fail to impress. Hollywood also chose this region to film the movie “Hatari” in which Hardy Kruger starred alongside the legendary John Wayne. Buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, zebras and baboons can be seen all year round as well as many different bird species.

On this day you can wake up early for a sunrise game drive to try and catch up with the rare nocturnal animal species as well as the early risers among the diurnal ones. It is a nice time to see animals within a close distance as most game like to line up at the road sides to escape the morning dew. After breakfast at your camp you will then spend the day doing game drives for the whole day within the Serengeti national park Accommodation at Tukaone Tented Camp.

Breakfast and check-out from the camp. Visit the Seronera Visitor Centre, where illustrations include an elevated walkway, built around a cluster of rocks and trees that details the wildebeest migration – each point of the walkway represents a different point in the migration. Transfer to the airstrip to catch the scheduled flight to Zanzibar via Arusha. Meet & greet on arrival in Zanzibar Airport and transfer to Lengendary Zanzibar Beach Resort for dinner and overnight.
