This is a slow-paced fly-in and drive-out safari to Tanzania’s celebrated northern wilderness zones. The highlights of this safari are the wildlife Calving Season (Jan-Feb) with plenty of predator action. The parks are also at their most beautiful and green, and it’s a fantastic time for birding. Spend 1 night in Central Serengeti and two nights in southern Serengeti, the location of The Great Migration (Dec – March).

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet & greet. Transfer to hotel. Arusha City, located in the northern highlands of Tanzania, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, is the safari capital of the country. Central Serengeti National Park

Serengeti

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Arusha airport. Scheduled Flight Link. Meet & greet on arrival and proceed to on a game drive. Spend much time to explore the sea of the grass the open short grassland. The Central Serengeti is the heart of Serengeti National Park where animals are meeting during the migrating time, but also is the home of the biggest pride of the lion and the famous place with most of other cats as well as leopards with their territories along the valley.

Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)

After breakfast, you will drive to Ndutu for a game viewing drive in Ndutu. Ndutu forms a part of the route for the annual migration of more than 2 million wildebeests and thousands of zebra, antelope and gazelle. During game drives at the right season between December and March, you will be able to see the fertile plains turn into calving grounds and nursery for the great migration. This season attracts hordes of predators prying on vulnerable young wildebeest.

Today you get another chance to view the beautiful wildlife spectacle. The Ndutu region is a part of the glorious Serengeti National Park as well as the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). After a leisurely breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the Serengeti as you make your way towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you'll enjoy a scenic drive through the Serengeti, with opportunities for wildlife sightings along the way. Upon entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll descend into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, often described as an "African Eden, you'll encounter a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five.

This morning drive to Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch. Tarangire is traversed by the Tarangire River, which never dries up. Being the only source of water during the dry season, it draws hundreds of animals to the park, making wildlife and bird viewing spectacular. The landscape is varied, with grassy savannah plains, swamps, hills and spectacular baobabs. Enjoy a full day in the park with game viewing. Drive to Kilimanjaro Airport in the afternoon for your departure flight.
