Day 1-Overnight: Klein Windhoek Guest House

Klein Windhoek Guesthouse is situated in one of Windhoek’s best suburbs in a quiet area next to the Klein Windhoek Riverbed – an ideal location for business people and tourists. From here it is a short 5 minute drive to City Centre; shops and popular restaurants are in close proximity. We offer a variety of rooms and self catering units.

Day 2-Overnight: Waterberg Plateau Lodge

Situated on a rock terrace high up on the slope of Waterberg, the restaurant and chalets of Waterberg Plateau Lodge afford grand vistas of the endless Kalahari bush savannah below. Each of the double room chalets sits between red sandstone rocks in the midst of green bush, with total privacy guaranteed. Acacias shade the terrace; a plunge pool filled with spring water provides cooling and attracts birds and small game.

The lodge is part of the private nature reserve Waterberg Wilderness, offering a world of experience at the Kalahari's table mountain.

Guests can join guided plateau hikes, honeymoon sundowners, rhino drives, game tracking tours or cultural tours to Hereroland. They can have a walk back into the past on the History Path (battle of Waterberg 1904) and explore the valley of Waterberg Wilderness on five nature trails.

Day 3-Overnight: Kamanjab Rest Camp

Kamanjab Rest Camp is situated only 3 km west of the town of Kamanjab, in Namibia's northwestern Kunene Region, in an area known as Damaraland.

The rest camp’s 4 guest bungalows en-suite and 8 clean, well-equipped camping sites with communal facilities are situated amidst a shade-giving Mopane Tree forest and provide comfortable overnight options to suit different travel budgets.

A central Lapa housing reception, restaurant and bar, as well as communal barbecue spots with shaded seating and tables nearby, and a small splash pool complete the facilities.

Kamanjab Rest Camp is surrounded by a leafy private game sanctuary with free roaming giraffes, zebras and antelopes. Well maintained hiking trails lead to a Sundowner spot on a vantage point overlooking these vast and remote landscapes.

All local activities are self-guided and offered free of charge.

Kamanjab Rest Camp is ideally located on the intersection of various 'Arid Eden' Routes that allow visitors to explore northern highlights, such as the Western Etosha National Park, the Palmwag Consession, a Himba Project, a Cheetah Conservation Farm, and various rock art sites, during half- & full-day self-drive excursions.

This rest camp is also an ideal base from where to visit Namibia's famous Kaokoveld and sightseeing attractions along the Kunene River, Namibia's northern border shared with Angola, on "Arid Eden' Routes.

Entrance fees, guided tours & all other expenses for your own account - please contact Kamanjab Rest Camp's reception for more info.

Day 4 Overnight: Khorixas Rest Camp

Khorixas Restcamp is the ideal stopover between Etosha and the Kunene region and Skeleton Coast Park. Nestled in the hills of Damaraland, it provides a relaxing environment for travelers, weary after a day's exploration. The area is an explorer's paradise where guests can visit the land of the Welwitschia Mirabilis at Burnt Mountain, curious stone formations, the petrified forest, ancient rock engravings and experience other unusual geological phenomena.

Day 5 :Overnight: Brandberg White Lady Lodge

Brandberg White Lady Lodge is named after the San paintings for which the Brandberg became famous. It is a place where you will feel at home and enjoy a true warm-hearted hospitality, "tranquility" is name of the game. At the Lodge you find a fully licensed restaurant, a well stocked bar, comfortable lounge and a large pool area. And if you are lucky you might bump into a dessert adapted elephant.

Day 6 -Overnight: Dunedin Star Guest House

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Swakopmund with it's colonial German character and architecture, the Dunedin Star guest house is the ideal alternative to hotel accommodation.

The Dunedin Star offers peaceful and relaxed accommodation to suite your budget. Centrally situated and within walking distance from the town's central business area, shopping centres, banks and other amenities as well as the main beach, the Dunedin Star is convenient, comfortable and homely.

The Dunedin Star guest house has become a landmark for budget accommodation in Swakopmund Namibia, in itself a historical landmark, it was named after another historical landmark, the Blue Star Liner named Dunedin Star, which was shipwrecked on the unforgiving "Skeleton Coast" of Namibia on 29th November 1942, the Dunedin Star has become a famous landmark.
