The highlight is the demanding summit attempt toward Uhuru Peak at 5,895 metres, the highest point in Africa. Because this 3-day itinerary provides limited time for acclimatization, it is a particularly demanding option and requires good preparation and careful attention to your guide’s advice.

Moshi/Arusha – Marangu Gate – Manda
Kilimanjaro
After breakfast, you will be picked up from Moshi or Arusha and transferred to Marangu Gate, where you will complete the registration and park entry procedures. Meet your professional mountain guide and fellow group members before beginning your climb through the beautiful montane rainforest. The trail gradually ascends through lush vegetation, with opportunities to see different species of birds and monkeys along the way.
Mandara hut
Mandara Hut – Horombo Hut – Kibo Hu
Kilimanjaro
After an early breakfast, continue your ascent through the moorland zone toward Horombo Hut. The landscape gradually changes as you leave the rainforest behind, offering impressive views of Kibo and Mawenzi Peaks. After a short rest and lunch at Horombo, continue across the Saddle, the high-altitude area between Mawenzi and Kibo Peaks, toward Kibo Hut. The trail becomes more rugged as you enter the alpine desert zone.
KIBO HUT
Kibo Hut – Uhuru Peak – Marangu Gat

Wake up around midnight and begin the most demanding stage of your Kilimanjaro adventure. Trek slowly toward Gilman’s Point (5,681 m) on the crater rim, then continue toward Stella Point and finally to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), the highest point in Africa. After reaching the summit, take time to celebrate your achievement and capture photographs before beginning the descent. Descend toward Kibo Hut for a short rest, then continue down through the moorland and rainforest toward Marangu Gate.
