For a trip to Kenya – I highly recommend a local guide who organized both a safari for us in the Maasai Mara with the great guide called Ken.

and a 5-day walking trek in the Loita Hills, passing through Maasai villages. It was amazing, the entire team was lovely, and it was a truly fascinating experience—meeting the local villagers and camping in tents within the homesteads of Maasai families. We got three delicious, well-invested meals a day, language lessons (Swahili, Maasai, and Kikuyu) along the trail, saw unique monkeys and beautiful birds, and received so much help with our gear and anything else we needed.
On top of that, the price was more affordable than what others had offered us.
