Safari summary

This six-day safari is a great way to experience the variety of northern Tanzania in one journey. Starting with Tarangire National Park, you will enjoy a mix of open savannah, woodland and beautiful baobab landscapes, with opportunities to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and many bird species. The safari then continues to Central Serengeti, where two full days allow you to explore different areas, enjoy longer game drives and look for predators and large herds across the famous plains.

Wildlife viewing continues with a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater, where the enclosed crater environment supports a remarkable concentration of animals. During the game drive, there are opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and hyenas while enjoying the dramatic scenery of the crater walls. The final experience at Lake Manyara brings a change of scenery, with lush forest, open grassland and the lake itself creating a different setting for wildlife and birdwatching. Together, these experiences offer a well-rounded safari with varied landscapes, rich wildlife and plenty of opportunities for photography and memorable moments.
