Mkomazi National Park is a remarkable protected area in northeastern Tanzania, offering a unique combination of dramatic landscapes, rich wildlife and important conservation initiatives. During the wet season, the park becomes an important range for migratory herds of elephants, oryx and zebras, moving through its open plains and diverse habitats. Mkomazi is particularly distinguished by its conservation work for some of Africa’s most endangered wildlife.
