About Botswana Footprints
From a luxurious safari retreat in the wilderness sipping cocktails under a dreamy sunset, to a self drive camping trip with the bush surrounding you while you listen to the calls of the wild, we are here to make sure you experience a trip of a lifetime.
We’re based in Maun, the gateway to the Okavango delta. We know the seasons, the state of the annual Okavango Delta flood, the lodge staff themselves and the ever-changing regulations for travelling the protected wildlife areas of Botswana.

Our holiday to Botswana could not have been more enjoyable. We asked Tara to quote us on various options and she tailormade our itinerary after numerous changes and we were always well informed and her information and suggestions were sound.
Botswana can be quite expensive, so you need to watch for that - there's a big luxury market there and so you need someone to look around for the various options to find something you need. We splashed out a little at one of the lodges, which was expensive - but without a doubt, worth the experience. The Moremi and Chobe parks are a definate must-see and the Khwai area was wonderful and allowed us to spot two leopard (which we were looking desperately for). Botswana is a photographer and birder's dream!
