Chishakwe is a privately owned and run property situated in the remote and beautiful Save Valley Conservancy in the South East Lowveld of Zimbabwe. We offer a range of self-catering packages as well as fully catered and guided packages - or something in between. We take pride in tailoring our service to as closely as possible fulfil the expectations of all our clients, whether they are a family group, friends getting together, a small group of people on conference or a honeymoon couple. When they are not just relaxing and soaking in the sounds and atmosphere of the timeless African bush; our clients are able to enjoy activities such as fishing, excursions on our pontoon, drives, walks, bird watching and gazing at the spectacular night sky ... and of course game viewing.

About our safari vehicles

Our game viewing vehicle is rugged enough to traverse some tough terrain and offers clients a lofty position from which to see animals on raised benches. Self drive clients will need a reasonably large vehicle with some clearance. Depending on the time of year (and weather conditions) they may not be able to get around all parts of the ranch and should enquire on booking about the conditions on the ground. We are able to arrange or provide transfers from Harare, Bulawayo or Buffalo Range Airport as well.
