Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Musanze
After your morning breakfast, you shall be picked by the company driver guide from your hotel as communicated, we shall set off to Musanze District in the northern part of Rwanda. We will visit the Musanze caves and do the Diane Fossey hike or visit the bulera and ruhondo twin lakes for the fishing experience time allowing. Lunch will be in Musanze town and overnight will be at the lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking
After our early morning breakfast, we shall head to the park headquarters for briefing from the park rangers about the dos and don’ts while tracking the majestic apes before heading into the jungle in search of the mountain gorillas. We will be with our packed launch. Depending on the time we will get to them, we will spend 1 -2 hours with them and later retire to our lodge for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: am coffee tour pm bunyonyi
After our morning breakfast, we shall head for a coffee tour and taste experience. We will be in the town of Bunagana which is at the border of Uganda and DR Congo and our lunch will be in this town too. Later we shall hit the Road and head to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale which is the second deepest lake in Africa after Tanganyika. Being a rift valley lake, it harbors no dangerous animals therefore swimming is possible. Dinner and over night at the lodge.

Day 4: am bunyonyi pm QUENP

After our morning breakfast, we shall board a dugout canoe and visit a few of the islands that dot this beautiful lake, our highlight being the punishment island where long ago young teenage girls who would get pregnant before marriage would be abandoned to their death as a punishment. Later we will return for our lunch and later we drive to Queen Elizabeth N. park. Arrive in the evening and check in at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: am chimp trekking pm Boat

After our breakfast, we shall head for the chimpanzee trekking at the Kalinzu forest. We will be with our packed lunch and later we shall proceed for the boat launch at the Kazinga channel that connects lake George and lake Edward. Here a number of aquatic animals like crocs, Hippos and many other animals coming to quench their thirst will be sighted. The water birds will also be sited here. This is the place where it is believed to have the highest concentration of Hippopotami in the world.

Day 6: am game drive pm L. Mburo

After our morning breakfast, we shall head for an early morning game drive in search of the early risers. Queen Elizabeth boasts of the big 5. We will later drive to Lake Mburo N. Park and arrive in the evening and check in at the lodge. Dinner and overnight Lake Mburo is the only National park in Uganda where walking safaris are possible because it harbors no dangerous animals. It boasts of animals like Zebras, warthogs, baboons, vervet monkeys and a variety of antelope species.

Day 7: am game drive pm to Entebbe
After our morning breakfast, we shall head for a game drive in search of the early risers. We will return in time for our lunch before hitting the road heading back to Entebbe international. We will make a stopover at the Equator for a water experience, photos and souvenir shopping before proceeding on our journey to the airport for our return flight.
