Nairobi - Masai Mara

Masai Mara

Pick up at 8:00 A.M from hotel for orientation and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve via the view point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch. On arrival, proceed for a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight are at the campsite.

The landscape here is scenic savanna grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Dinner and overnight are at the camp.

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch enroute, with scenic views of Mt. Longonont, LakeNaivasha, and Lake Elementaita from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in Nakuru town in the evening. Dinner and overnight are at a budget hotel

Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

After breakfast you will proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific bird-life including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape Buffalo and Waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline–enjoy a hot lunch and drive toNaivasha–you have an option to take a boat ride in this fresh water lake to go and see hippos and fish eagles at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

Lake Naivasha - Nairobi

After breakfast have a nature walk in the Hell’s Gate National Park. You may hire bicycles to cycle in this only. There are over 100 species of birds in the park. The park is also home to Klipspringer Antelope and Chanler's Mountain Reedbuck–enjoy hot or picnic lunches and later drive back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. Drop back to Nairobi hotel.
