Day 1 Arrival
Kibale
On arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari guide from Mandela Safari Holidays. He will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe and brief you about the whole tour.

Day 2 Travel To Kibae Forest
Kibale
Having had breakfast, travel to Kibale Forest National Park, the primate capital of the world. Be ready to pass tea plantations and other beautiful scenery on your way . Arrive in time for lunch and decide either to relax or go for a Bigodi swamp walk where you can encounter a number of bird species and primates or go for the crater valley hike to the Top of the world.

Day 3 Chimpanzee tracking
Kibale
After breakfast, you travel to Kanyanchu park headquarters to start your chimpanzee trek. You should be ready to walk for 1 to 6 hours depending on where you will find the chimps and of course with a tracking expert. You will move with your packed lunch into Kibale Rain Forest which is home to 13 primates species including, the white colobus, black colobus, red colobus, blue monkey bush babies nocturnal portal the chimpanzees and butter flies.

Day 4 Travel to Queen Elizabeth

Having had breakfast at leisure, you will travel to Queen Elizabeth National park arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, you will have a boat trip on the Kazinga channel. This is the water stream that joins lakes Edward and George. Animals tend to drink from it during the mid day sun. Animals to see include; elephants, hippos, buffaloes, lions, water bucks crocodiles, monitor lizards and so many bird species.

Day 5 Full day game drive
Queen Elizabeth
Having had breakfast, go for a morning game drive through the Kasenyi sector to see a number of animals. This is a matting ground for kobs and other antelopes thus making it a perfect hunting place for lions and other predators. Expect to see elephants, warthogs, lions, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, water-bucks, kobs and so on.

Day 6 Travel to Bwindi
Bwindi Impenetrable | Queen Elizabeth
Today, you will have an early morning breakfast and travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. You pass via the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park (Ishasha) famous for its rare tree climbing lions. If lucky you might spot these cats lazying in the fig trees to escape the mid-day sun. Bwindi Impenetrable forest is home to more than half of the world’s surviving mountain gorillas, many other primates and many bird species.

Day 7 Gorila Trekking

After a mighty breakfast ,you enter the Impenetrable forest with your packed lunch to search for the endangered mountain gorillas. Be ready to walk for 45 minutes to 6 hours depending on where you will find the gorillas that day. Having encountered them, you will be given a full hour to interact with them. The one hour you will spend with the gorillas will be unforgettable. From there you will return to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.

Day 8 Lake Bunyonyi
Bwindi Impenetrable
After having breakfast at leisure, you will be led by your guide to Uganda’s deepest and most beautiful lake. (Lake Bunyonyi). This is some where you will feel relaxed after the tracking activities in Kibale and Bwindi. You will take part in a one day canoe ride on the lake. You may also opt to take part in some other activities which include; bird watching, hiking to the nearby falls and forests, visiting a local community, swimming and so on.

Day 9 Lake Mburo National Park
Lake Mburo
After a relaxed breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National park. This park is a paradise for zebras, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, elands impalas and so on. You arrive in time for lunch and later have a boat trip on lake Mburo. In the evening, you have an option to do a walking safari, bike safari, horseback safari, or even a night game drive. The low population of main predators in this park makes all these adventure activities possible.

Day 10 Travel to Kampala

Wake up for breakfast and a morning game drive in search for savanna animals In the evening, you depart for Kampala having a stop at the equator in Kayabwe for taking photos and do a bit of souvenir shopping. You will be dropped off to your desired destination in Kampala or Entebbe hence end of service.
