The Northern Circuit is the longest and one of the most scenic routes on Kilimanjaro, offering excellent opportunities for acclimatization and spectacular views of the mountain from different sides. The journey begins through the lush rainforest before continuing into the heath and moorland, alpine desert, and high-altitude summit zones. As you progress around the northern slopes of Kilimanjaro, you will experience quieter trails, dramatic landscapes, and breathtaking views toward the Kenyan plains.
