Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth
Your driver guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe in the morning. Begin your scenic drive to western Uganda, passing through rolling hills, tea plantations, and small towns. Enjoy a lunch stop in Mbarara before continuing to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive late afternoon and check in to your midrange lodge. Enjoy stunning views of the savannah and relax at leisure.
Game Drive and Boat Safari
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. This area is famous for lions, elephants, Uganda kob, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, and a variety of bird species. Your guide will help you spot and identify wildlife as the sun rises over the savannah. Return to the lodge for lunch, and later head for the Kazinga Channel boat cruise — one of the biggest highlights of this safari. Ishasha Sector Game Drive
