Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable
Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Begin your scenic drive southwest through Uganda’s countryside, passing rolling hills, traditional homesteads, and tea plantations. Enjoy lunch en route before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Arrive in the late afternoon or evening and check in at your lodge. Relax and prepare for the next day’s gorilla trekking adventure.
Gorilla Trekking – Return
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You will be assigned a gorilla family and guided into the forest to begin your trek. The trekking duration varies between 2–6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas. Once located, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing the gorillas in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch before starting your journey back to Kampala or Ente
