Kigali to Nkuringo

Drive from a Kigali hotel or airport through Musanze and the Cyanika border to Orugano Bwindi Lodge in Nkuringo. A short Kahurire or community walk is possible if time and daylight allow. Meals: lunch and dinner subject to pickup time.

Bwindi gorilla trekking

After breakfast and the ranger briefing, complete one standard mountain-gorilla trek in the sector printed on the permit. A community activity is possible if timing allows. Meals: breakfast, packed lunch and dinner.

Travel to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park for the confirmed golden-monkey tracking activity, then return to Nkuringo. Meals: breakfast, packed lunch and dinner.
