7-Day Tanzania Safari & Cultural Experience

**Day 1 – Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport – Transfer to Arusha**
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide, who will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. After a short briefing about your safari program, you will be transferred to your hotel to relax after your international flight.
Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the hotel facilities or unwind in the beautiful gardens.

Day 2 – Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Game Drive
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant population, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.
Enjoy a full-day game drive in the park, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and a wide variety of bird species. The Tarangire River attracts a high concentration of animals, especially during the dry season.
In the afternoon, proceed to the village of Mto wa Mbu.

Day 3 – Cultural Experience in Mto wa Mbu & Coffee Tour in Karatu
Today, you will enjoy an authentic cultural experience in the vibrant village of Mto wa Mbu, known for its rich cultural diversity.
Accompanied by a local guide, you will explore the surrounding farmlands and meet local communities. Activities include:
* Walk through banana plantations
* Visit sugarcane farms
* Discover traditional methods of local beer production
* Meet local families and learn about their daily lifestyle
You will then enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by a local family, where you can observe and even participate in the cooking process.
In the afternoon, continue to Karatu, located in the fertile highlands near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will visit a local coffee plantation to learn about the entire coffee-making process—from harvesting and roasting to tasting freshly brewed Tanzanian coffee.

Day 4 – Karatu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, crossing the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
As you enter the Serengeti plains, you will witness vast savannahs stretching as far as the eye can see. Enjoy a game drive en route to your camp, with opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and many other species.

Day 5 – Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti
This day is dedicated to exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives.
The Serengeti is one of Africa’s most iconic destinations and is home to the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing lands.
Your guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas, where you may spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of herbivores.
A picnic lunch will be served in the heart of the park before continuing your safari in the afternoon.

Day 6 – Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Game Drive
After breakfast, depart from Serengeti to the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s natural wonders.
You will descend approximately 600 meters into the crater for a spectacular game drive. The crater floor hosts an incredible concentration of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, hyenas, zebras, and—if lucky—the rare black rhinoceros.
After a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, you will ascend the crater and continue to Karatu.

Day 7 – Karatu – Arusha – Flight to Zanzibar
After breakfast, drive back to Arusha with an optional stop along the way for refreshments or lunch.
You will then be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Zanzibar, where you can continue your journey with a relaxing beach stay on the island.
