Your safari might begin with a visit to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake that's home to over 400 species of birds. Here, you might see cormorants, kingfishers, eagles, and herons. Additionally, you might visit the nearby Hell's Gate National Park, which is home to several bird species, including the Verreaux's Eagle and the Augur Buzzard. After breakfast, depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to Lake Naivasha (approximately 2 hours). Arrive at your lodge for check-in and lunch. Afternoon birding safari in the nearby Lake Naivasha area, looking for birds such as the African Fish Eagle, Pied Kingfisher, and African Jacana. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay
