Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: 06.07.2014 Arrival Nairobi Pickup from the airport and welcome. A driver is waiting in the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. If you would like to change money, we recommend you to do this at the airport at one of the Exchange Bureaux before you proceed to the passport control and visa switch. It is best to change euros in Kenyan shillings and take USD for the visa. Transfer to Eka hotel. (Bed and breakfast)

Day 2

Nairobi

Day 2: 07.07.2014 Nairobi – Lake Naivasha In the morning your driver will pick you up from Eka hotel and drive you to Naivasha Sopa Lodge. You will find some animals in the gardens of the lodge and you can get closer to the animals even while taking a walk. There you will go on a boat trip to watch hippos and screaming eagles. After lunch at the Naivasha Sopa Lodge we offer you a guided walk to Crescent Island. On this island, you can go on safari without a car and still see a lot of animals. It is one of the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amidst wild animals, as there are no predators here. Following animals live on this island: gazelles, zebras, waterbucks and a variety of water birds. The large pythons are also an attraction on this island. Dinner and overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Day 3

Masai Mara

Day 3: 08.07.2014 Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara After a delicious breakfast we continue and your driver will take you along the "Great Rift Valley" through Narok town to the famous Maasai Mara, home of the proud Maasai tribe. You will reach the Mara Bush Camp in time for late lunch. The camp has a fantastic view of the river and the plains of the Masai Mara. In the afternoon you will go on a game drive in search of the "Big Five". Dinner and overnight at Mara Bush Camp. (Full board)

Day 4

Masai Mara

Day 4-7: 09.07.2014 – 12.07.2014 Masai Mara Other exciting days expect you in the Maasai Mara. Discover herds of buffalos, zebras, hippos and more. Enjoy game drives throughout the day. Lunch will be served at the chosen spot for picnics in the bush or in the camp. At that time, the Great Wildebeest Migration takes place. Always in search of fresh grass, 2.5 million wildebeest cross annually the Mara River which can become very dangerous for them. The individual crossings are each time full of dangers. It is not only the crocodiles lurking in the river, but lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals and other predators hope for good meals. Here you will experience exciting days. The program includes everything the Masai Mara has to offer. Nights at theMara Bush Camp. (Full board)

Day 8

Masai Mara

Day 8: 13.07.2014 Masai Mara –Nairobi After a last game drive in the morning and a delicious breakfast, we have to drive back to Nairobi. You will reach the city at 16Hrs (04.00pm). Transfer to the airport for your international flight home or domestic flight to the coast.
