Arrival and overnight in Kampala

After clearing customs at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our company representative who will then transfer you to your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe depending on your flight time.

Transfer to Murchison Falls

Murchison Falls

After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park, having a break at the Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary to view the white rhinos. This is a drive as you travel north of the country. Once you reach the Nile in the heart of the Park, you will cross over to the Park. The sight of the Nile River, the world's longest river, winding its way through the park and plunging through a narrow gap is unforgettable. Enjoy have an evening game drive, then later head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Murchison Falls

After breakfast, go for an early morning game drive to the rolling plains where you have chances of viewing Lions, Giraffe, Hartebeest, Buffalo and Elephant plus other mammals of the park. For the birders, these areas support the Secretary Bird, Black Chested Snake Eagle. In the afternoon, go for a boat trip to the foot of Murchison Falls where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap, or down river to the delta where the Nile empties into Lake Albert. An experience not to be missed!

Transfer to Kibale Forest Park

After your breakfast at the Lodge, you will embark on an early morning drive with Picnic Lunch to Kibale Forest Park, which is home to some 13 species of primates including the red colobus monkeys, chimpanzees and L'Hoest's monkeys as well as 70 mammal species.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will go for Chimpanzee tracking along the network of forest trails. Seeing habituated chimps squabbling and swinging from the trees is an exhilarating experience. Later in the afternoon you will have the opportunity to visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, which is rich in bird species, vegetation, and wildlife. This is also a great opportunity to support local tourism initiatives which benefit social and economic development in the area.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Park

Queen Elizabeth

This morning you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This park which boasts one of the highest biodiversity ratings of any game park and is also Uganda’s second largest National Park, the 1,978 sq km has everything from open savannah to rain forest. Queen Elizabeth has over 100 mammal species, and an astounding 606 bird species, making it a premier safari destination. Have a game drive while entering the park and later go for another evening game drive and overnight at your lodge.

Enjoy morning game drive in the Queen Elizabeth National Park whose diverse ecosystems include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes and fertile wetlands, that make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, primates and over 600 species of birds. Return for Lunch at the lodge In the afternoon, you will take a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel. This water system has the highest concentration of Hippos. Transfer to Bwindi Forest

Bwindi Impenetrable

Today you will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for one night. Bwindi is home to over half of the worlds mountain gorillas. it was formed to protect the rare mountain gorillas that inhabit its dense forests. Interacting with these gentle giants is one of the most moving experiences that Africa has to offer and should not be missed! Relax in the evening and get ready for the following day’s gorilla tracking.

Gorilla trek and drive to Kisoro

Bwindi Impenetrable | Mgahinga

Today after breakfast, you will embark on your gorilla trek. Before 8 am report to the ranger station for registration and briefing by one of the rangers; the guides will then lead you through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. The trek can take anywhere from half an hour to 7 hours. It is an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas. Later have lunch and drive to Kisoro for overnight

Golden monkeys and fly out

Mgahinga

After your breakfast, you will head for briefing at the starting point for the golden monkey tracking. This tracking will take you about 2 to 3 hours. Coming into contact with these lovely creatures is an amazing experience. It is because of these monkey that Mgahinga National Park is called a place where gold meets silver. Later have lunch then transfer to Entebbe for your flight back home. Please note that this trip can also end in kigali, Rwanda as well.
