Masai Mara is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves and it is one of the best-known and most popular reserves in the World. Masai Mara is part of the extension of Serengeti National Park from Africa’s most diverse, incredible, and most spectacular eco-systems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing ecosystem. Safaris are without a doubt some of the best you ever took photos in the World of Nature.
The ecosystem hosts over 100 animal species and they include large herds of elephants, buffaloes, the hippo pools in the Mara rivers, Masai giraffes, topis, grant and Thompson’s gazelles, zebras, plenty of Nile crocodiles, blue- and red-tailed monkeys and tree hyraxes. An abundance of herbivores, zebras,african buffalo,Aardvark, African Hare,Antelopes,Banded Mongoose,Bat Eared Fox makes it an ideal hunting ground for predators - and therefore a comfy home of Kenya's famous big cats. The lions, leopards, cheetahs, spotted hyenas and jackals can be seen easily roaming the ecosystem.
The ecosystem is known for bird watching, due to the wide variety of habitats more than 470 birds species have been recorded inside the reserve from the large Ostrich to the Superb Starling, Masai mara has resident and migrant birds that can be found in the ecosystem Grebes,Pelican,Cormorants,Darter,Herons,Egrets,Bitterns, Egyptian Goose with many bird of prey like Vultures,Eagles,Kites,Harriers,Hawks,falcons,kestrels,Quails,Button Quails, Francolins,Guinea Fowl and many more can be sported in the Ecosystem.
Some may say, Three days are not enough, and who are we to oppose? But for all that short of time, we did our best and tailored this three-day expedition to make the most of every moment of their time in Mara.

Day 1: Nairobi To Masai Mara
Masai Mara
Pick up from your hotel at 7:30 am. Travel to the Great Rift Valley, and admire the escarpment from a distance. Then continue to the Little Italian church which is just a few meters ahead, where you will be told about the history of the place. Then proceed to Narok, a small Masai town well known for having the most beautiful souvenirs. Proceed to Masaai Mara for lunch at the permanent tented camp, followed by an afternoon game viewing to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park.

Day 2: Masai Mara
Masai Mara
A full day is spent game viewing across the rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopard, and cheetah, but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. All meals and overnight will be at Lenchada Tourist camp.
