Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport you will be met and transferred to Arusha for overnight. And if you arrive early enough we can arrange for city tour around Arusha for you to explore different places of Arusha city.

Your trip to Tarangire National Park starts just after breakfast. You will drive for 2 hours to the gate. After registration you will enjoy full day game drive including a picnic lunch. Then proceed till evening whereby you will go for overnight at Karatu. Tarangire National Park is famous for many elephants, lions, leopards, wild dogs, hyenas, jackals, giraffes, Buffaloes, mongooses, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, Dik-dik, baboons, monkeys and over 450 different species of birds.

After morning breakfast you will drive directly to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will arrive at Serengeti main gate during midday your guide will work on permits and from the gate you will start your game drive until evening. Serengeti is home for wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, lions, leopards, elephants, rhinoceros, buffalo, hyenas, jackals, mongoose, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, warthogs, Hartebeests, elands and many species of birds.

Today the game drive will start during sun rise. After simple breakfast, morning game drive will start around 06:00 am whereby at this time Serengeti plains is more active and great time to spot a lot of animals and birds. After morning game drive you will drive to the picnic site for full breakfast and proceed with afternoon game drive (including the lunch) till early evening. On the last day at Serengeti you will be transferred to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and hotel overnight.

Early in the morning after breakfast, proceed directly to the Crater floor for full day crater tour (lunch included). Ngorongoro Crater has different kind of animals such as leopards, buffalo, zebras, rhinos, elephants, warthogs, wildebeests, gazelles and lions, except giraffe, they are not found in the crater because it’s difficult for them to walk due to the steepness of sides of the crater. Then after full day game drive, your guide will drive you back to Arusha for overnight bed rest.
