Day 1

Bwindi Impenetrable

DAY 1: TRANSFER TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST (STOP OVER AT THE EQUATOR CROSSING AND IGONGO CULTURAL CENTER)  A very early rise today and together with your guide you will transfer by private vehicle south-West to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will stop over at the Uganda Equator for some photo shoots and a visit to the Craft Village. You will then head towards the western part of Uganda to the town of Mbarara where you will take your lunch at Igongo cultural center. After lunch you will go for a museum tour where you will get an insight into cultures of people in western Uganda then proceed to Bwindi impenetrable forest.    $1·        Mahogany Springs for up market (Full Board)  $1·        Silver back Lodge for mid range (Full Board)  $1·        Buhoma Community Rest camp for budget accommodation. Day 2

DAY 2: GORILLA  TRACKING           Up relatively early for a hearty breakfast to give you the energy needed for gorilla tracking. Before 8:00 am with your packed lunch report to the ranger station for registration and a talk by one of the rangers; the guides will then take you through the bush, pushing your way through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. It is an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas.  Dinner and Overnight: Mahogany Springs for up market (Full Board)  Silver back Lodge for mid range (Full Board)  Buhoma Community Rest camp for budget accommodation. Day 3

DAY 3: TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NP THROUGH THE ISASHA SECTOR, WITH A KATWE SALT LAKE TOUR  After breakfast transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park. This journey will take you to enter the park through the Ishasha sector where you will have a game drive enroute. You may be able to encounter the famous tree climbing Lions. Upon reaching Queen Elizabeth, check into your accommodation, have lunch and go for a guided tour of the Katwe Salt Lake and the activities there.  You will visit the lake, see how the salt is mined, visit the factory, fishing village and the cattle keeping communities.  Dinner and Overnight:  Mweya safari Lodge for up market (Full Board)  Ihamba safari lodge for mid range (Full Board)  Simba safari camp for budget accommodation. Day 4

DAY 4: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK (GAME DRIVES AND LAUNCH CRUISE ON KAZINGA CHANNEL)  Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffaloes, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is  a worthwhile  opportunity to see Hippos, Buffalo, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs etc. This trip also gives visitors a chance to see spectacular birds  Dinner and Overnight Mweya safari Lodge for up market (Full Board)  Ihamba safari lodge for mid range (Full Board)  Simba safari camp for budget accommodation. Day 5

DAY 5: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK TO KAMPALA VIA FORTPORTAL (VISIT THE CRATER LAKES REGION) After your breakfast you will set off for Kampala through the beautiful Fort Portal route.  You first stop point will be Fort portal for lunch. Fort Portal is a land of Crater lakes, hills, and irresistible sceneries, with the giant Rwenzori Mountains evidently punctuating the skyline’s background - the Mountains of the moon. You will stopover for lunch and later on  proceed to Entebbe arriving in the evening to catch an evening flight.
