Safari summary
This is an 8 days- 7 night safari visiting Kenya’s premium parks. This tour will take you to the Olpejeta conservancy, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and finally the jewel park of Kenya, Maasai mara.
Ol Pejeta is known for the last remaining Northern white rhinos, large number of the black rhinos as well as other endangered species and rescued chimpanzees. It is the park with largest wildlife to area ratio in Kenya and seeing the “big five” is almost certainly guaranteed. You also stand high chances of spotting the wild dogs while at Ol Pejeta. Proceed to the Great Lakes Nakuru and Naivasha for a chance to see the aquatic wildlife including hippos, flamingos in large numbers as well as boating activities on Lake Naivasha.
The tour will climax at maasai mara, one of the Seventh wonders of the modern world. Have chances to see hundreds of wildlife, these include big cats, herbivores both small and big, over 350 bird species and a chance to learn a few things about the Maasai culture.

Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Ol Pejeta
Amboseli
Pick-up from your city hotel/Aiport and start your safari to the northern circuit, pass through the central highlands of Kenya, via the pineapple, coffee and tea plantations. Arrive for lunch at your camp. Afternoon game drive in the private conservancy, look out for the chimpanzees among other animals. Overnight at Sweetwater’s Camp or similar
Day 2: Ol Pejeta Full day
Amboseli | Nairobi
Today we explore exotic Sweetwaters Sanctuary on two extensive game runs. The camp also overlooks one of the busiest waterhole’s in the area and offers elephant, giraffe and myriad plains game. This is Africa as Teddy Roosevelt saw it years ago when he led one of the first safaris to tour Africa in comfort and splendor. Our tents at Sweetwaters will remind us of this bygone era. Day 3: Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru
Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, de[art at 7.00 a.m, depart Ol Pejeta and drive to Lake Nakuru via the Aberdare ranges where you will enjoy endless beauty of the mountains stretching to the horizons. Stop briefly at the Equator as well as at the Thompson falls. Game drive en route to the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge for lunch. At 4.00 p.m, depart for an evening game drive. Spot amongst others black and white rhinos, leopards, lions, buffalos and flamingos. At 6.00 p.m., return to the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to L. Naivasha
Lake Nakuru
Have an early morning game drive at 6.30 a.m. to 8.30 am.m followed by breakfast. After breafast, depart lake Nakuru and drive to the Hell's gate National park for a mid morning full of activities. Enjoy activities for two hours then proceed to the shores of Lake Naivasha for your lunch at the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. After lunch, relax a while as you await your early evening boat trip to the crescent Island. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Meal Plan B/L/D
Day 5; Lake Naivasha to Masai mara
After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha at 7.00 a.m. and drive to the Maasai mara game reserve. This is a 4.5 hour drive. Arrive Maasai mara in good time for lunch. Lunch will be at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch, you will relax until 4.00 p.m time for your evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge. Meal Plan{FB}
Day 6: Maasai mara full day
Masai Mara
ave an early morning cup of coffee then depart for a game viewing session at 6.30 am to 8.30 am. Return to the Lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, depart for another game viewing session that will last until 12.30 pm. Return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, relax until 4.00 pm time for your evening game viewing session which will last until 6.00 pm. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Serena Lodge. Meal Plan{FB}
Day 7: Maasai mara full day
Nairobi
Have an early morning cup of coffee then depart for a game viewing session at 6.30 am to 8.30 am. Return to the Lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, depart for another game viewing session that will last until 12.30 pm. Return to the lodge for lunch. Day 8: Maasai mara to Nairobi
Having an early morning breakfast and a morning game viewing until 11.00 a.m. Depart Maasai mara and drive to Nairobi with a break for lunch at the Seasons Hotel, Narok. Arrive in Nairobi at around 4.00 to 5.00 p.m. You will be dropped off at your city residence/airport. Meal Plan{BL}
