Itinerary
Day : Arrival
Lake Mburo
Upon arrival, you will be met by our company safari guide who will transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe. The guide will also brief you about the highlights of your trip. You can have an optional visit to Entebbe Botanical gardens. In this garden you can spot a variety of bird species and a few primates like the black and white colobus monkeys.

Day 2: Lake Mburo- Night game drive

After breakfast you will start your tour. Drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Stop over at the equator line for beautiful pictures and stretch. Proceed to Lake Mburo National Park, as we enter the park, it is likely that you will spot some wildlife. After check in and have lunch. Have an early dinner before going for a night game drive. This is special game drive of 2-3 hours provides 30% chances of seeing the elusive leopard and of course other nocturnal animals.

Day 3: Nature Walk- Bwindi
Bwindi Impenetrable | Lake Mburo
Early start of the day as we go for a nature walk by a ranger. L. Mburo is the only national park where you can experience a safari on foot. Return to the lodge for breakfast with a game drive on your way out, look out for zebras, buffalo, impala, eland, waterbucks, warthogs and we depart the protected area. We drive through the volcanic landscape with steep sides to the home of the mountain gorillas. Check in and have a relaxed evening as you prepare for gorilla trekking the following day.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking
Bwindi Impenetrable
The highlight of your safari is meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi especially hikers will love the trekking in the ecosystem of the park. Take with you lunch boxes and all the necessary gears to track the mountain gorillas. The park ranger will interpret the flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the gorillas. Once you find the gorillas you will spend one hour with them and head back to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 5: Transfer to Ishasha Sector

After breakfast, drive to Ishasha Sector the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park and have a game drive on your way in search for the tree climbing lions lounging in the tree branches while keeping an eye on the Uganda Kob their favorite prey. Have a relaxed evening at the edge of Ishasha River while watching thousands of hippos just a few meters from the camp with pre-dinner drinks and snacks

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth

After breakfast drive along the park as you enjoy game drive on your way in Queen Elizabeth. After lunch, have a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel to see water animals including hippos, crocodiles cooling off on the channel banks. There is also a variety of bird species especially the famous shoe bill. Queen Elizabeth boosts one of the highest biodiversity ratings of any game park from the open savannah to rain forest, dense papyrus swamps and crater lakes to the vastness on Lake Edward.

Day 7:Full day game viewing

The day begins early with a game drive, head to the mating ground of the Uganda kob. We search for lions, leopards, elephants, spotted hyenas, buffaloes. In the evening go for an optional game drive through the channel track with chances of seeing thousands of elephants, giant hogs, antelopes, bush backs and plenty of birds to Kasenyi plains with a variety of active wildlife during the sunset.

Day 8: Transfer to Kibale

After breakfast drive to Kibale Forest have a stretch at the equator line, Enroute to Fort Portal town situated at the foot hills of the mountains of the moon. Have a traditional lunch and proceed to the forest, famous for chimpanzee trekking. It’s not only a habitat for chimpanzees but also other primates that you will encounter during the trek. Check in kibale Forest Cottages for a relaxed evening, dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Chimpanzee Trekking

After breakfast, head to Kibale Forest park offices. The activity begins at 8:00am with a briefing for the rule of trekking the chimpanzees after which you will set off to trek the chimpanzees. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical forest in search for the wild chimpanzees. Post lunch you will go for the Bigodi wetland sanctuary walk an initiative of the local community. The swamp is known for the rich diversity of birds like Great blue turaco, primates mostly monkeys and butterflies

Day 10: Transfer to Murchison Falls

After breakfast, the safari will continue with the transfer to Murchison falls National park, for 6/7 hours’ drive through Hoima town. Enter the park through Bugugu gate. You are likely to spot warthogs, giraffes and other wildlife on your way to your accommodation

Day 11: Game Drive- Boat Cruise

Have morning coffee at 6:00am, set off for a morning game drive on the Northern delta with sightings of buffaloes, giraffes, warthog, lions, leopard and spotted hyenas. You will return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation before setting off for the afternoon boat trip on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the Murchison falls. Continue with a hike to the top of the falls for viewing of the other side of the falls where the Nile squeezes through a 7 meters’ gorge to the falls 45 meters.

Day 12: Transfer to Kampala
Murchison Falls
Have a delicious breakfast, calmly drive back to Kampala en-route we will make a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary home of the Rhinos in Uganda for a guided Rhino walking safari and observe them in their natural habitat at a close and safe distance. Enriched with the experience of a lifetime, you will say goodbye to the pearl of Africa. Depending on the time of your departure you will be transferred to Entebbe airport for your flight back home.
