Day 1
Arusha | Kilimanjaro
Day 1 Free Airport Pickup Your guide will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and escort you to tonight’s accommodations in Arusha. As local Tanzanians, our guides know the country with unrivaled familiarity, so you’ll be in good hands from the moment you land to the moment you leave.
Day 2
Tarangire
Day 2 to 3 Tarangire National Park Head off for Tarangire National Park, where ancient baobab trees tower over some of the largest herds of elephants in all of Africa. Keep a lookout for the hundreds of bird species Tarangire is known for and dramatic interactions between predator and prey at the park’s watering holes.
Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater
Day 4 to 5 Ngorongoro Crater Just 10 miles wide, Ngorongoro Crater was formed from a collapsed volcano. It’s now a self-sustaining ecosystem with the densest predator population in all of Africa. Camping on the Crater’s rim offers you early morning access to its wildlife-filled floor before any other safari-goers.
Day 6
Serengeti
Day 6 to 9 Serengeti National Park Head for the iconic Serengeti, where acacia trees and granite kopjes dot the seas of waving grass. The Serengeti offers everyday opportunities to spot Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife, including big cats and witness dramatic moments in the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras.
Day 10
Arusha | Serengeti
Day 10 Serengeti National Park to Arusha Head to Arusha, where you’ll enjoy a farewell lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Relax in a day room Mount Meru in Arusha before your departure to home.
