Itinerary

Day 1

Madikwe

Day 1-3 From Johannesburg Airport where you will be welcomed by a Jumbari Family Safaris representative ready to accompany you to the charter flight pick up location, where you will share a transfer to your charter flight. You will take a flight from Johannesburg Airport to Madikwe, once you land at the airstrip you will be transferred to your base for the next 3 nights, Impodimo Game Lodge. The Lodge is set on a ridge overlooking the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve. Madikwe Game Reserve covers an area of 75000 hectares of unique topography and breathtaking beauty bordering Botswana. It is home to the Big 5, the beautiful Painted Wolf (African Wild Dogs), Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena a variety of large mammals and bird life. Families stay in a family luxury suite (4 adults and 2 children) or can share in a luxury suite or deluxe suite. Family luxury suite however comes with the full use of the suite and sole use of a safari vehicle with your private ranger and tracker.

Day 4

Day 4 Wake up to a hearty breakfast at Impodimo Game Lodge before being transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Johannesburg International Airport for your onward journey.
