Day 1

Virunga | Volcanoes

Day 1: Arrival Kigali-Parc Volcanoes You will be met at the Kigali International Airport by our safari driver-guide. Drive the three hours North of Kigali to Kinigi through Ruhengeri. Enjoy the rolling hills for which Rwanda is well known, approximately driving for 3 hours. Dinner and overnight at Hotel La Palme/Virunga Hotel/Mountain Gorilla View Lodge (H/B)

Day 2

Virunga | Volcanoes

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Parc Volcanoes After breakfast, you will depart for the headquarters of the Park where your driver-guide will accomplish the necessary formalities for you. You will meet your ranger guide(s) for a briefing and enter into the forest to begin your day’s activity. After the trekking, lunch and transfer to Kigali. On your way back to the lodge after trekking, a few stops will be made to admire the scenery. Rwanda is the country with over thousand hills! Dinner and overnight at Hotel La Palme/Virunga Hotel/Mountain Gorilla View Lodge (F/B)

Day 3

Volcanoes

Day 3: Parc Volcanoes-Kigali Return to Kigali, time permitting enjoy city tour including a Genocide memorial site and shopping of African art and craft. With lunch en-route and then transfer to airport for your home flight. End of Services, Meal plan: Half-Board.
