Begin in The Republic of the Congo and over 5,250 square miles of verdant rainforest, swamps, and savannahs in Odzala-Kokoua National Park. Travel next to Volcanoes National Park, the area that played host to acclaimed researcher Dian Fossey for over 20 years, and set off in search of silverback gorillas on guided treks.

Next, journey into Tanzania where the Great Migration takes center stage. Have front-row seats to the annual migration in the Grumeti Reserve, and round out your trip at the beautiful Greystoke Mahale on the shores of Lake Tanganyika in Mahale Mountains National Park, which is home to some of the last wild chimpanzees in the world.
