Itinerary

Day 1

Amboseli | Kilimanjaro | Nairobi

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli Upon landing at JKIA Airport, you will be met by Amazing Memories Safaris and Tours Representative who will give you a briefing concerning your safari. He will introduce you to your guide who will take you through the safari. You will then drive to Amboseli National Park. The ecosystem here is mainly savannah grassland spread across the Kenya-Tanzania border. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species. Other attractions of the park include opportunities to meet the Maasai and enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive at Amboseli AA Lodge for lunch with a game drive en route. You will also go for an afternoon game drive at 4pm and return to the lodge in the evening for dinner.

Day 2

Amboseli

Day 2: Amboseli Today you will have an early morning game drive and return for breakfast. Freshen up and later go for a mid-morning game drive. Have lunch and then spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, maybe swimming or relaxing. We will go for another game drive in the evening in search of more animals. We will end the day with dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3

Amboseli | Mount Kenya

Day 3: Amboseli - Mount Kenya You will have morning breakfast and then drive to Mount Kenya Region via Nairobi. You will make a brief stop for a photo session at the Cascading Chania Water Falls. You will then continue with your drive and arrive in time for late lunch at Sweet Waters Serena Camp. Later in the afternoon you will have a game drive at Sweet Waters Olpajeta Conservancy. OlPejeta is East Africa’s Largest Black Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees. It holds some of the highest predator densities in Kenya. Ol Pejeta boasts an astounding variety of animals including non-indigenous chimpanzees and the big five. The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plans will guarantee you an unforgettable safari experience. You will later return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the Sweet Waters Serena Camp.

Day 4

Mount Kenya

Day 4: Mount Kenya - Lake Naivasha You will have a morning breakfast and then drive to Lake Naivasha. You will arrive in time for lunch at the Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp. After lunch, you will spend the rest of the afternoon participating in activities around Lake Naivasha. You can go on optional excursions around Lake Naivasha like a Hippo Boat Ride or a visit to Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary. Later, you will return for dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 5

Masai Mara | Serengeti

Day 5: Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara After breakfast you will depart for Masai Mara, one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Masai Mara is situated in south-west Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania it forms Africa’s most diverse, most spectacular, and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing eco-system. It is globally famous for its exceptional population of lion, leopard, and cheetah. You can view the annual migration of Thomson's gazelle and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October is known as the Great Wildebeest Migration. You will arrive in time for lunch at Sentrim Mara Camp and then go out again for an afternoon game drive. Later return for dinner and overnight in the evening.
