Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park. Meet your safari guide and fellow guests before beginning a wildlife game drive through the park's savannah, woodlands, and baobab-dotted landscapes. Look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and predators where present. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari before continuing your afternoon game drive.

Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, travel to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. Explore the crater floor's grasslands, wetlands, and woodland habitats. You may encounter lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch during your crater visit. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and your second overnight stay.
