Experience the famous Great Migration on a private five-day safari through Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
The itinerary is designed for the July–October migration season, when large wildebeest and zebra herds are commonly found in Northern Serengeti around Kogatende and the Mara River.
Travel in a private 4x4 Land Cruiser with your own professional safari guide, allowing greater flexibility for wildlife sightings and photography.
The safari includes one night in Central Serengeti, two nights in Northern Serengeti and a final night near Ngorongoro, giving you dedicated migration viewing without sacrificing the Ngorongoro Crater experience.

Central Serengeti
Depart from Arusha or Moshi in the morning and travel through the Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park. Enter the Serengeti and enjoy game viewing as you continue toward the wildlife-rich Central Serengeti. The Seronera region offers excellent year-round opportunities to see lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo and other plains wildlife. Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Northern Serengeti
After breakfast, begin your journey north toward the Kogatende region. Enjoy game viewing throughout the drive as the landscape changes from Central Serengeti to the remote northern plains. During migration season, the northern area becomes an important gathering point for wildebeest and zebra herds. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Mara River Migration
Spend the entire day exploring Northern Serengeti and the Mara River area. Your private guide will follow current wildlife movements and concentrate on areas offering the best opportunities for migration viewing, predators and large herds. Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Enjoy a final morning game drive in Northern Serengeti before beginning the journey south. Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, travel to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for an extended game drive. Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, hyenas and the rare black rhino.
