Welcome to Kenya
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where your private Cyan representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to your Nairobi hotel. The first evening is intentionally relaxed. After your journey, settle into your surroundings and enjoy a leisurely dinner at your hotel.

Samburu
After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight north to the Samburu region. On arrival, your private safari guide will meet you and transfer you to your luxury camp. Samburu is known for its striking scenery, doum palms and distinctive wildlife, creating a very different safari experience from the southern parks. region also offers opportunities to engage with Samburu culture. Evening game drive. Return to camp as the light softens across the landscape.

A day in the Northen Wildnerness
Samburu
Wake to the sounds of the African bush before setting out on an early morning game drive. The cooler morning hours offer an excellent opportunity to explore the reserve while wildlife is active. Look for elephant, lion, leopard, giraffe, zebra and other northern species as your private guide interprets the landscape and wildlife around you. Return to camp for breakfast and a relaxed morning.

From the North to the Mara
Masai Mara
After breakfast, fly from Samburu towards the Maasai Mara. On arrival, your private guide will welcome you and begin your Mara experience. Maasai Mara is one of Kenya's defining safari destinations and forms part of the greater Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. Rather than rushing between sightings, your private safari allows your guide to shape the afternoon around wildlife activity, photography and your personal interests. Return to camp for a sundowner as the African sky changes colour.

Rise before sunrise for an early morning game drive. This is one of the most rewarding times of day in the Mara, with soft light, cooler temperatures and wildlife becoming active. Spend the morning exploring with your private guide. Return to camp for a leisurely breakfast followed by time to relax. The afternoon offers another opportunity to explore. Or choose to have a full day game drive.

Masai Mara
Today is deliberately flexible. Your private guide will shape the day around what you most want to experience. Set out early for an extended game drive and explore different areas of the Mara. You may choose a relaxed return to camp for lunch, or request a private bush breakfast followed by a full morning in the wilderness. The afternoon can be spent at your preferred pace before a memorable sundowner in the bush.

From the Mara to the Mountain
Amboseli
After breakfast, fly from the Maasai Mara towards Amboseli. Transfer to your camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive Open plains, wetlands and distant views of Mount Kilimanjaro create one of Kenya's most recognisable safari landscapes. Amboseli is particularly renowned for its elephant populations. Your first Amboseli game drive offers the opportunity to see elephant, lion, cheetah, buffalo, giraffe, zebra and other plains wildlife. Return to camp for dinner.

As the morning light develops, the silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro may emerge beyond the plains, creating an extraordinary setting for a private game drive. Spend the middle of the day relaxing at your lodge before heading out again in the late afternoon.
