Day 1: Transfer to Ruaha

Upon arrival at the airport or from your hotel, your driver guide will pick you, take you through the itinerary and then embark on the safari. You will arrive in the park and proceed to your booked lodge, check in, enjoy a hot lunch and in the evening you will do an evening game drive to have a sample of the wildlife that the park accommodates. You will spot buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras and others. At dusk you will you will retire to your lodge for a scrumptious dinner and overnight.

On this day, you will have your delicious breakfast, get your lunch box, meet your driver guide and head to the park headquarters where you will register, get your ranger guide and get lost into the jungle. You will spot most of the wildlife, including having lunch overlooking Ruaha River, and at lunch time expect most of the animals to come to the river to drink and this will give you more advantage to see some wildlife species that you might have missed during the game drive.
