Experience one of Africa’s greatest wildlife spectacles on this seven-day private Tanzania safari designed around the Great Wildebeest Migration in Northern Serengeti.

From July through October, vast herds of wildebeest and zebras generally move through the northern Serengeti ecosystem in search of fresh grazing and water. The Mara River region becomes one of the most exciting wildlife areas, with opportunities to witness huge migration herds and, with luck, dramatic river crossings.

Your journey combines Tarangire National Park, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, the Mara River region and Ngorongoro Crater, giving you much more than the Migration alone.

Travel in your own private 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional driver-guide and stay in comfortable mid-range lodges and tented camps. Two dedicated days in Northern Serengeti provide more time to locate the migration herds according to their current movements.
