Day 1 – Welcome to Tanzania
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our representative will meet your family and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Spend the remainder of the day relaxing after your journey and preparing for the safari ahead.

Day 2 – Tarangire Family Safari
After breakfast, meet your private driver-guide and travel to Tarangire National Park. Begin your family safari among giant baobab trees and beautiful African landscapes. Tarangire is particularly famous for its elephants, while giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes and predators may also be encountered. Enjoy a picnic lunch and continue your game drive before heading to your lodge.

Day 3 – Journey to Serengeti
After breakfast, travel towards Serengeti National Park through the spectacular Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy the changing scenery before entering the famous Serengeti plains. Your game drive begins as you travel towards your camp, offering the family its first opportunity to experience the extraordinary wildlife of the Serengeti.

Day 4 – Explore the Serengeti
Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park with your private guide. Search for lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, wildebeests and many other species. Because this is a private safari, the day can be adjusted to suit your family’s pace, with breaks when needed. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your wildlife adventure.

Day 5 – Serengeti Adventure
Enjoy another exciting day in the Serengeti. Explore different wildlife areas and give younger travellers plenty of opportunities to learn about animals, tracks, habitats and the natural environment from your guide. Depending on the season, you may also encounter large herds associated with the Great Migration.

Day 6 – Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Enjoy a final morning game drive before leaving the Serengeti and travelling towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Take in the beautiful landscapes along the journey before arriving at your lodge. Spend the evening relaxing together after your Serengeti adventure.

Day 7 – Ngorongoro Crater Safari
After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your game drive and ascending from the crater later in the afternoon

Day 8 – Fly to Zanzibar
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, your representative will welcome you and transfer the family to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying your first taste of island life.

Day 9 – Stone Town & Spice Tour
Explore the fascinating streets of Stone Town with a local guide and discover Zanzibar’s history, architecture and colourful culture. Continue to a spice farm where the family can see, smell and learn about tropical spices, fruits and plants. After the experience, transfer to your beach hotel.

Day 10 – Zanzibar Family Beach Day
Enjoy a full day together on Zanzibar’s beautiful coast. Swim in the warm Indian Ocean, build memories on the white-sand beach or simply relax at your hotel. Optional family-friendly ocean activities can be arranged depending on the ages and interests of the children.

Day 11 – Zanzibar at Leisure
Spend another relaxing day together on the island. There is no fixed schedule, allowing your family to enjoy the beach and hotel facilities at your own pace. Optional excursions can also be arranged for families wishing to explore more of Zanzibar.

Day 12 – Departure from Zanzibar
Enjoy breakfast and your final family moments beside the Indian Ocean. Depending on your departure flight, you will be transferred to Zanzibar International Airport for your onward journey.
