Entebbe to Bwindi

Bwindi Impenetrable

After breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up from your hotel for a short safari briefing. Begin your journey to southwestern Uganda, passing through scenic countryside, rolling hills, and local villages. Arrive in the evening at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to more than half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas.

Gorilla Trekking

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing before trekking into the forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once found, spend one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Game Drive and Boat Cruise

Start your day with a morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, famous for lions, elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lakes Edward and George. Kibale Forest and Chimpanzee

After breakfast, explore the scenic Crater Lakes region around Fort Portal. Then drive north to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest national park.

Morning Game Drive, Boat Safari

Start early for a morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and more. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on the Nile River to the base of the falls. Watch hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife. Later, visit the Top of the Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging dramatically below.

Transfer to Entebbe

Murchison Falls

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Entebbe. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for guided rhino tracking on foot, completing the Big Five experience in Uganda. Continue to Entebbe for overnight stay.

Canoe Boat Safari to Mabamba
