Kampala – Transfer to Bwindi
Bwindi Impenetrable
After an early morning pick-up from Entebbe or Kampala, begin your scenic drive to southwestern Uganda. Pass through rolling hills, tea plantations, and local communities. Enjoy lunch en route before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Arrive in the late afternoon and check in to your lodge, surrounded by rainforest views.
Gorilla Trekking Experience.
Bwindi Impenetrable
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Begin your guided gorilla trekking experience, which may take between 2–6 hours depending on gorilla movement. Once the gorillas are found, you will spend one hour observing them in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for lunch and enjoy a relaxed afternoon or an optional community walk.
Bwindi – Queen Elizabeth
Bwindi Impenetrable | Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast, depart Bwindi for Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha sector. This area is famous for its tree-climbing lions, often seen resting in fig trees. Enjoy a game drive as you search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes before proceeding to your lodge in the evening.
