The lake features steaming hot springs and active geysers that shoot boiling water several meters into the air — a rare natural spectacle in East Africa. The surrounding reserve is also home to greater kudu, warthogs, zebras, and a variety of bird species. Afternoon exploration of the geysers and lakeshore.
