Dar es Salaam to Selous
You’ll be picked up early from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and begin the 6–7 hour drive to Selous. The drive passes through beautiful rural scenery with local villages, hills, and forests. Upon arrival, you'll check in and have lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on the Rufiji River, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and aquatic birds along the way. After the river safari, return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Full-Day Game Drive in Selous
After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive in Selous with a packed lunch. The reserve covers a vast area with rivers, lakes, open plains, and woodlands. You will explore different zones and look for animals such as elephants, lions, wild dogs, buffaloes, impalas, waterbucks, and many bird species. You will return to the lodge in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

Selous to Mikumi National Park
You will start a day with an early breakfast and depart for Mikumi National Park. The drive (about 6–7 hours) will take you through the Uluguru Mountains and past small towns and farming areas. You will arrive in Mikumi in time for lunch at the lodge, if time allows, you may go on a short evening game drive to get your first view of the park's wildlife after that enjoying dinner and overnight at the lodge.
