On arrival at Arusha International Airport you will be welcomed by your safari guide from Mandela Safari Holidays who will transfer you to your hotel to relax from flight lag. He will also brief you about your whole tour.

Transfer to Tarangire NP

After a morning breakfast, you'll check out of your hotel and embark on your journey to Tarangire National park. This park is home to the largest population of elephants in Northern Tanzania. It is named after river Tarangire, the primary water source in the park.Arrival will be in the afternoon where you will check into your hotel, have luch and after embark on an afternon game drive. Animals to see include; elephants, zebras, elands, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes and so on.

Fullday Game drive

Today, you’ll enjoy an exciting all day game drive in Tarangire National Park.Depending on the season, you may see elephant herds grazing along the riverbanks or witness lions stalking their prey. In addition to the big game, you’ll likely encounter smaller animals such as warthogs and impalas. In the afternoon a lunchbox will be served in the park, giving you time to relax and enjoy your surroundings you will continue with your game drive and return to your hotel in the evening

Transfer to Serengeti NP

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park. En-route, you have an option to visit the Olduvai Gorge where the skulls of early man were discovered by Dr. Leaky and his wife. Have a game drive enroute to your camp and lookout for lions, cheetahs, leopards, buffalos, and so on.

Start the morning with the breakfast followed by the game drive in Seronera. The Seronera is the heart of the Serengeti and the wildlife is present no matter which season of the year. Animals to see include; lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes and so on and the bird life is also excellent. You will return to your hotel for a hot lunch or picnic and later embark on an evening game drive giving you chance to see more of wildlife.

Visiting the Hadzabe people is one of the highlights of exploring northern Tanzania, and you'll get to do just that early this morning in Lake Eyasi.In the afternoon after lunch you will aslo visit a coffee plantation in Karatu, where you can ask everything you've ever wanted to know about where coffee comes from. From there you will return to your hotel for dinner and relaxation.
