Arrival and Transfer to Tarangire

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our Nature Quest Safaris guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its ancient baobab trees, sweeping savannahs, and large herds of elephants. Enjoy sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras, and diverse birdlife. As the sun sets, relax and take in the tranquil atmosphere of the African bush.

After breakfast, we head to Lake Manyara National Park, a lush and scenic park nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Watch for playful monkeys in the forest canopy, elephants near the water, and possibly the famous tree-climbing lions. The lakeshore is alive with flamingos, storks, pelicans, and over 400 bird species. Enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch surrounded by nature.
