Fly to Nyerere National Park
Nyerere (Selous)
You'll be picked up from your hotel early for a transfer to Dar es Salaam Domestic Terminal for your charter flight to Selous Game Reserve. Arriving by morning, you'll be greeted by your hotel for two shared game drives and lunch. As you fly over Selous, you'll see why it's one of Africa's largest parks. Despite areas for hunting, there's plenty to see. The Rufiji River is alive with hippos and crocodiles, and birdlife is abundant. Lion sightings are common, and you may also encounter wild dogs.

You'll have full days in Selous Game Reserve. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. Your guide or camp manager will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake up time. For example, the normal safari day would be comprised of 2 shared game drives where you could do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive.

Like the Second day You'll have full day in Selous Game Reserve. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. Your guide or camp manager will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake up time. For example, the normal safari day would be comprised of 2 shared game drives where you could do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive.

After an early breakfast, you'll be driven to the airstrip for your flight to Ruaha National Park, passing through the vast plains of Selous, where you might see animals in their morning routines. You'll arrive around 11:00 am, in time for two shared game drives and lunch. Ruaha, Tanzania's largest park, is excellent for predators, including large lion prides and endangered wild dogs. With its sense of wilderness and few visitors, it's perfect for immersing yourself in Tanzania's nature.

On this day we suggest a very early wake up in order to do an early morning game drive and see one of the best sunrises you'll ever witness. It's really one of the most beautiful experiences to have. After the game drive, we return to the camp for a breakfast and then proceed to the airstrip for your flight to Dar es Salaam or whatever your next destination might be Alternatively, instead of this early morning game drive, you may choose to stay at the camp for a bit of relaxation
