Day 1

Kruger

Day 1: Arrive in Africa Catch a flight from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and fly directly into the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, bordering the world-renowned Kruger National Park. On arrival at the airstrip you'll be met and transferred to Exeter River Lodge, a luxurious safari lodge situated underneath a canopy of ebony trees and enjoying superb views of the Sand River. It's serious Big 5 country, and you'll spend the following three nights here.

Day 2

Days 2-4: Big 5 Safari in Sabi Sands Game Reserve For the next few days you can explore your surroundings on a range of fantastic game viewing activities. Whether you go on guided walking safaris or thrilling early morning and late afternoon game drives, you'll get some of the best game viewing in Africa.The Sabi Sands is well-known in particular for its excellent Big 5 game viewing and has recorded some of the best leopard sightings in the Greater Kruger area, making this a definite tour highlight.

Day 5

Day 5: Head to the Kalahari This morning you'll leave the Sabi Sands behind and fly back to OR Tambo International Airport where you'll catch a charter flight to Tswalu Private Game Reserve. Situated on the edge of the Kalahari Desert in South Africa's Northern Cape Province, this will be your base for the following three days.On arrival at the reserve, you'll be met and transferred to Motse Lodge, a luxurious stone and thatch lodge situated in the heart of this beautiful and exclusive reserve.

Day 6

Days 6-8: Interact with Meerkats Spend your days enjoying morning, afternoon and evening game drives not to mention guided walks across the Kalahari's incredible red dunes and trips to view original Khoisan (Bushman) rock engravings. You can relax with a range of treatments in the Sanctuary Spa, laze around the pool or pack an overnight bag for an exhilarating desert sleep-out.

Day 9

Day 9: Travel to Cape Town Leave the Kalahari behing today as you catch a charter flight from the Tswalu Game Reserve airstrip and head south to Cape Town International Airport. Here you'll be met by a private transfer to the exclusive Cape Grace hotel, situated in the V&A Waterfront. The Cape Grace offers nothing short of excellent luxury and elegance and is known for its superb service, fine dining and opulent accommodation.

Day 10

Days 10-12: Explore the Cape Cape Town is perhaps the most beautiful city in Africa and is world-famous for its many attractions and beautiful destinations. The Cape Grace concierge service can arrange exciting day tours, excursions and trips for you, making it easy to fully explore this vibrant city. Ride to the top of Table Mountain in the cable car, visit the scenic Cape Winelands, take a boat trip out to Robben Island or go picnicking in Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. In summer, the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are an absolute must, while a leisurely trip out to iconic Cape Point offers a lovely scenic drive. For those who love shopping, the V&A Waterfront and Africa's biggest mall - Canal Walk - offer a host of fabulous retail options, while local markets like Greenmarket Square are popular for authentic African curios. In the evenings you can stroll around the bustling streets and find one of the many top restaurants in the city, enjoy sundowners on a boat cruise from the Waterfront or watch the sunset from an upmarket cocktail bar in Camps Bay.

Day 13

Day 13: Goodbye Africa! This morning you'll be met by your private transfer and will head back to Cape Town International Airport where your outbound flight awaits.
