You will have a chance to cross the equator where you will stop for photo and demonstration then proceed to Samburu, home to the Samburu people who are cousins to the Maasai before you get a chance to see the Chimp and if the weather permits you might also have a chance to see Mount Kenya. You will also have a chance to stop at Thomsons falls which plunges some 72m on the Ewaso Narok River on the far northern end of the Aberdare Ranges. You will also visit the magnificient dormant Menengai Crater en route to Lake elementaita which is home to different species of birds and finally you will proceed to the world famous Maasai Mara game reserve to crown your Kenyan safari visit

Itinerary
Day 1
Nairobi | Samburu
Day 1: Nairobi/Samburu In the morning you will either be picked from the airport or your hotel then depart from Nairobi via Nanyuki where you will have a stopover at the equator for a demonstration and photo en route to Samburu game reserve arriving in time for lunch at Samburu Sopa lodge followed by late afternoon proceed for game drive. Return to Samburu Sopa lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Samburu
Day 2: Samburu Full day game viewing with a chance to see the Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated giraffe, long necked gerenuk, Somali ostrich among other wild and optional visit to samburu cultural village. All meals will be served followed by overnight at Samburu Sopa lodge.
Day 3
Mount Kenya | Samburu
Day 3: Samburu/Ol Pejeta sanctuary After breakfast depart from Samburu for Ol Pejeta game sanctuary where you will arrive in time for game drive en route to Sweetwater’s tented camp for lunch. Late afternoon depart for the Chimp sanctuary followed by game drive with chances of seeing giraffe, zebra, elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, spotted hyena, wild dog among other wild not forgeting views of Mount Kenya on a clear day. Return to Sweet Waters tented camp to wait for dinner with optional night game drive before you retire to bed at Sweet Waters tented camp.
Day 4
Day 4: Ol Pejeta/Subukia Farm Early morning game drive followed by breakfast then leave Ol Pejeta with game viewing en route as you depart for Nyahururu via Thompson's fall where you will have a stopover before you proceed to Subukia farm where you will arrive for lunch at Farm house followed by a guided bird-watching walk and a visit to the tea and coffee processing operations before you return to Farm house to wait for dinner followed by overnight.
Day 5
Day 5: Subukia/Lake Elementaita After breakfast you will depart from Subukia via the spectacular Menengai volcanic crater, where you will make a stopover for the picturesque crater. Later proceed to Jacaranda Lake Elementaita lodge where you will arrive for lunch. You will have a chance to walk to the lake shores with chances of seeing different species of birds then return to the lodge with optional horse ride as you wait for dinner followed by overnight.
Day 6
Day 6: Lake Elementaita/Maasai mara After breakfast depart for maasai mara arriving in time for lunch at Osero lodge (luxury tented camp) followed by late afternoon game drive exploring the plains of Maasai mara game reserve. Dinner and overnight at Osero lodge (luxury tented camp).
Day 7
Day 7: Maasai Mara Optional hot air balloon ride. Full day spent in search of Elephant, Zebra, Wildebeest, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard and other plains game with a visit to the mara river where you might have a chance to see hippo and crocodile. All meals served and overnight at the Osero lodge (luxury tented camp)
Day 8
Nairobi
