Pick up from the airport or hotel and drive to the southwest of uganda via scenic countryside, have a stopover at the equator point for photography, and have a chance to stand at 0 degrees latitude marginal line. lunch is served along the way, have enough stopovers for scenery viewpoints and local interactions where necessary.

Have an early breakfast, drive for a very short distance to the briefing grounds, you are generally briefed by the ranger guide about the days activity. You are required to have good hiking shoes, pants, long-sleeved shirts or t-shirts, a rain jacket, enough drinking water, and a snack. The activity takes 2-8 hours depending on where the gorillas are located and you are given 1 viewing hour upon arrival.
