Day 2 Nairobi - Lake Elementeita 0700 hrs: Collection from Nairobi Serena Hotel and begin your journey to Lake Elementeita Serena, in an 8 seater Safari Mini Van. Uniquely situated on the shoreline of sapphire-blue Lake Elmenteita where hundreds of thousands of birds congregate. This area of breathtaking beauty, also home to many rare species of animals, is less than two hours’ drive from Nairobi. Day 5

Masai Mara | Serengeti

Day 5 Maasai Mara Full day in the reserve with both morning and afternoon game drives at 0630hrs and 1600 hrs respectively. Considered by many to be Kenya's finest game reserve, the 650sq miles of the Masai Mara adjoin Tanzania's well-known Serengeti, forming one ecosystem. The open rolling savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topi, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. From June to September, the annual Wildebeest migration takes place when thousands of these animals sweep across the plain and seek out new grazing areas. Mealplan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 6

Serengeti

Day 6 Maasai Mara – Serengeti After breakfast, embark on a 3-hour drive to Isebania border post, between Kenya and Tanzania with your lunch boxes. Once in Tanzanian territory, drive to Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, arriving in mid afternoon. The Serengeti is the most famous of Tanzania's National Parks and is known for its large amount of grazing mammals, including 1.5 million wildebeest. At 1600 hrs enjoy an evening game drive and then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Mealplan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 7

Masai Mara | Serengeti

Day 7 Serengeti Full day in the game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. The great plains of Serengeti are where endless streams of wildebeest and zebra pour south towards Ngorongoro or north towards the Masai Mara. Our game drives will cover the varied habitats and eco-system of Serengeti. An optional balloon safari is highly recommended to get an eagle-eye view of the magnificent wilderness and wildlife of Serengeti. Mealplan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Serengeti

Day 8 Serengeti – Ngorongoro Early morning breakfast and then depart to Ngorongoro National Park via Ol Duvai Gorge, arriving at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch. Ngorongoro conservation area is referred to by many as the eighth wonder of the world. Mealplan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 9

Day 9 Ngorongoro Depart the lodge with picnic lunch boxes for a half-day of game viewing in the Ngorongoro crater. Descend down the steep walls of the caldera into a paradise of woodlands and lakes that provide for abundant wildlife. A multitude of birds including flamingos are sighted regularly. Wildly beautiful as it is, it is not surprising that Ngorongoro crater has been called a Garden of Eden. Mealplan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 10

Amboseli | Arusha | Kilimanjaro

Day 10 Ngorongoro - Amboseli After breakfast depart Ngorongoro drive to Arusha with lunch boxes. Proceed to Amboseli via Namanga border post famous for its spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Arrive at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge in the late afternoon. Mealplan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 11

Amboseli | Nairobi

Day 11 Amboseli - Nairobi After breakfast, breakfast and drive back to Nairobi arriving early afternoon and then transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight back home. Mealplan: Breakfast
