Itinerary

JKIA- Naro Moru River Lodge.

On your arrival, our tour guide will be waiting for you at the airport. You will then be picked and transferred by road to Naro Moru River Lodge. The journey to this beautiful lodge will be exciting. You will come across the beauty landscapes of Kenya with thick forests and bushes along the way. You will have time to take photos. You will check in ready for lunch.You will spend the rest of day relaxing in preparation of Mountain climbing. We can't wait to take you up there to the mountain peak!

Naro Moru River Lodge

Drive to Met Station

You will spend your morning sorting and organizing personal equipment for the trek. Be driven to the road head of the Naro Moru track, to the Met Station where we spend the night in the mountain log cabins, a good day for acclimatization for we will be sleeping at an altitude of 3,048m. A short hike is taken in the afternoon to gain and loose altitude.

Hike to Teleki Valley

Hike up into the Teleki valley where there is a spectacular view of the main peaks. Walking time approximately 4-6hours. Overnight at Mackinder’s Camp (4,100m).
